As a soloist, chamber musician, and orchestral collaborator, he has performed with renowned ensembles and orchestras across Europe, the Middle East, and North America.
Highlights of his career include collaborations with Symphony New Brunswick, Sinfonia de Lanaudière, the Symphony Orchestra of the World's Musicians in Montreal, and Radio Bucharest Orchestra. In Lebanon, Mihai served as Co-Principal Double Bass with the Lebanese Philharmonic Orchestra and held principal positions with the "Baalbeck" and "Byblos" Chamber Orchestras. His artistry also extends to jazz, where he led as Principal Double Bass for the Lebanese Conservatory Big Band in Beirut for one season.
Earlier in his career, Mihai performed as Principal Double Bass with the Giurgiu Philharmonic Orchestra and collaborated with Philharmonic Oltenia Craiova and the Ensemble "Doina Bucureștiului," touring extensively across Europe. He has also delivered captivating solo performances, including recitals at prestigious venues such as the George Enescu Hall of the Music University of Bucharest and the Amphitheater Pierre Abou Khater in Beirut.
Currently, Mihai holds the position of Teacher-Artist for Sistema NB and has had numerous collaborations with the Tutta Musica ensembles.
